Herbal tinctures are administered under the tongue and absorbed directly into the blood stream. If you find the taste disagreeable, try adding the herbal extract to a small glass of water or juice. Our extracts are packaged in a light-resistant 1 ounce amber bottle with fitted neck dropper insert.
